Full class at Dell today for the second time in a row
I gave up my bike for a member
Wednesday’s 1130 class was full but the 1230 class was not
So for the 1230 class we worked out using WATTS
It was an experiment for me as well because I had not actually trained that way before
I’m familiar with the concept and had a vague plan on how to pursue it
During the 45 minutes I discovered that 25 watts is too light
100 watts is doable for a fast pace
Increasing watts by 50 from 100 is where the workout begins
Today the class did watts while I directed from the floor
It gave me a chance to see how everyone was handling it
250 watts is where the majority began to max out
And I remembered that on Wednesday we didn’t go over 250
I’m going to workout on my own in order to perfect a watts workout profile
