Morning Spin class at Nissan on Monday and Wednesday have taken on a new direction. When I was teaching ten classes a week, the Nissan morning classes were laid-back warm-ups with a slight kick after 30 minutes. Now they're mission oriented, although not quite as intense as I was when teaching all the time.
The goal is actually based on the Spinning regimen without the New Age music. Even though I am not teaching as much, I am riding the bike more often, and my weight seems to have stabilized at around 200 pounds (I'm six feet one with a medium build).
It's all good. I'm starting to enjoy life again by appreciating the freedom that I've been blessed with.
My life path has changed again. This new direction is interesting, fun and exciting. I'm able to dedicate specific times and positive energies to all of my hobbies (photography, cycling, and playing bass guitar), with time to spare for extracurricular activity (drinking Absinthe, wine, and smoking cigars).
