Alright! I’m on schedule again.
Sunday evening I got out on the bike
Did 36 miles down Nolensville rd
To Spanntown rd to 103 then hung a left
On Rocky Fork back to Nolensville Rd
Home
Average 17 mph burned 1486 cals
Today, Monday I did the same route
Chugged an espresso before the ride
But inadvertently decreased cadence around the 20-mile marker
Swigged one bottle of Gatorade and a bottle of
Plain water
Kept it steady at a slower pace
Turned it in at 16 mph and burned 1604 cals
I’m sure that my two Spin classes on Monday morning
Wore me out for my evening ride
Nevertheless, I’m getting out, hopefully at 6am
On Tuesday morning for 15 to 20 miles
I’ve begun stretching lightly immediately afterwards
Then stretching more intensely in the Jacuzzi
The hot water and jets really relax the muscles
I’d suggest that if you have a Jacuzzi to try it
Along with restoring your body’ s proteins and carbs
Within an hour of your ride
It feels awesome and I don’t wake up stiff anymore
